Issue parts out to employees as needed and enter transactions into EAM system
Receive and stock product in a timely manner
Maintain/improve inventory accuracy
Maintain a neat and organized physical inventory system
Identify possible shortages and alert personnel that could be impacted
Aid MRO buyer with obsolescence reviews and managing re-order points/quantities
Resolve/Review receiving issues (i.e. over/short shipments, labeling, keying errors, etc.)
Assist in attaining departmental goals and budget
Other duties as assigned
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
High school diploma required
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people and functions
Production and/or warehousing/shipping or relevant experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Strong, quick decision making skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Strong oral and written communication skills, including intercultural communication
Must have current PC/software proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Outlook)
